- 5 nights' accommodations at centrally located Hyatt Regency on Barton Springs Road
- Daily breakfast buffet at our hotel

Registration fees do not include:  
- Air transportation to and from the US airport from which you are departing and returning, or hotel accommodations should your trip require an overnight stay  
- Meals not specified in the itinerary highlights
- Incidentals
- Taxis and public transportation around Austin
- Travel /Trip Cancellation insurance
- Optional add on tours
